GEC Transistor Seven BC505

The General Electric Company of London produced this easily portable, battery or mains powered, transistor radio in around 1960. The case is in leather, canvas and plastic over a wooden frame. It has a socket for an external aerial, with buttons for OFF, MW (Medium wave) and LW (Long wave) plus dials for tuning and volume
