Do you enjoy cooking or baking, helping to plan and organise events, and meeting new people? Can you spare half a day, once or twice a month? If so, the Museum Events Group would love to hear from you!
The Museum holds one or two events most months: Coffee Mornings and Social Suppers in the Garden during the summer, and Friday Talks during the winter, with occasional “One offs” such as the Green Fair at the Arches. These events are crucial to our fundraising and essential for engaging with our membership and the rest of the community.
Events Group currently has 7 volunteers, and more members would give us extra flexibility.
