Festival of Archaeology: Family activities

Join us at the museum for family archaeology activities as part of the Council for British Archaeology’s Festival of Archaeology!
Dig for historical remains in our sandbox, learn about artefacts through time, try your hand at making Dorset buttons or Roman mosaics, and more…
Entry £2 per person. Refreshments available.
2pm – 4pm on Thursday 31 July (following the Ask an Archaeologist event), 10 am – 4pm on Friday 1 and Saturday 2 July.
